Laura Storero welcomes you to Verde Grazzano with a talk dedicated to the ErbaPet project, through which she designs gardens, terraces, and balconies focused on the well-being of companion animals, integrating safe and functional aromatic plants.

The selected plants are not only ornamental but also contribute to the animal’s environmental enrichment, stimulating natural behaviors through scents, textures, and sensory interactions.

Some aromatic plants can also be used as natural dietary supplements, while others provide behavioral support, promoting relaxation, exploration, olfactory activity, and stress reduction.

The goal is to create green spaces that are at once beautiful, sustainable, and capable of improving the quality of life for both animals and the people who live with them.

Throughout the event, it will also be possible to purchase aromatic plants—both traditional and alternative—from well-known varieties such as rosemary, sage, mint, thyme, and oregano, to more distinctive ones such as nepeta.

Who is Laura Storero?

Laura Storero holds a degree in Agricultural Sciences and Technologies and a Master’s degree in Green Area and Landscape Design, graduating with top honors (110 cum laude). Always passionate about plants and gardens, she deepened her knowledge of edible aromatic plants through a year-and-a-half specialization at a renowned nursery (Vivaio dei Fratelli Gramaglia, Collegno).

She then worked for three years as head of production of aromatic herbs, edible flowers, and vegetables for the kitchen of a three-Michelin-star chef, overseeing the entire production cycle from seed to harvest. Working closely with a high-level chef allowed her to further develop her expertise in the culinary use of edible herbs, learning how they enhance and elevate food.

Today, she is the founder of Edibio, a company dedicated to promoting aromatic plants through two main product lines: ErbaGourmet, aimed at the restaurant industry and professional chefs, and ErbaPet, focused on the well-being of companion animals.
